Founded in 2009 by Jennifer Beeman, Hound is a Chicago-based label with a flair for simple but beautiful clothing.
“The fall winter 2011 collection found inspiration in seemingly unrelated sources. The work of mid-century painters and designers such as Ellsworth Kelly and Mark Rothko, the unbelievable colors found near the edge of the world in Iceland and a bit of modern mysticism combine with the hound standard of clean lines and lighthearted attitude to create “Color Fields.”
