So winter is coming (excuse the Game of Thrones pun) and I couldn’t be more pleased about it. Being of the pale variety, I don’t handle the sun and heat too well. But changes in temperature also bring about inevitable bouts of colds and flu. At the moment I’m trying to ward off the dreaded lurgy with vitamins and hopefully some of these delicious, nourishing meals.
