I have been a fan of New Zealand fashion designer Juliette Hogan‘s work for some years now. They put it quite well on her website: “each piece is modern yet shrouded in a timeless quality, making it able to surpass the seasons”.
Her winter 2012 collection is flawless. It has a great tonal range, elegantly tailored pants, lightweight dresses, interesting collars and cuts which are simple and beautiful. The socks and heels are also a lovely touch. I think the Winter Garden Dress (last row, left) would make a great non-traditional wedding dress don’t you think?
Like it… I’ve always been a fan of the socks & heels look – particularly loafers. Can’t quite pull it off like this model, but like it : )
