Steven Alan Fall 2011

There are some great pieces in the Steven Alan Fall 2011 Women’s Collection. It reminds me of something a modern day Annie Hall would wear. I would love to own the coat in the first picture. So very nice.

Anthony Cudahy

Born in 1989, Anthony Cudahy is a young artist based in Brooklyn. He has a BFA from the Pratt Institute and is currently working as a freelance artist. It was hard for me to select images to include into this blog post because I liked so many of his works. He has an amazing eye for colour.

Studio Sober

Really love the spring/summer 2012 collection of Amsterdam fashion label Studio Sober. Their philosophy is just up my street:

“The Sober philosophy combines workmanship, attention to details, and a sincere devotion to high quality. Sober approaches its Dutch origin and the Calvinistic spirit as a source of inspiration for shape, color and mood, and translates this into small, refined collections”

Coffee in Paris

Coutume is a specialty coffee roastery  in Paris designed by CUT Architectures in collaboration with Benjamin Clarens & Yann Martin Architects.

Based in the centre of Paris, Coutume combines a roastery and a café by offering a neat selection of fresh and organic food and delicacies. In the spirit of speciality coffee, high end tools and machines are used to make the finest coffee in Paris. I wouldn’t mind to be sitting there right now.
