Yelena Bryksenkova

Yelena Bryksenkova was born in St Petersburg in Russia but currently lives in USA. Her work is inspired by one of my favourite authors Haruki Murakami along with other influences such as Eastern European folk art, traveling and nostalgia. Here is a selection from her latest sketchbook, I particularly like the combination of text and image:
