Summer Holiday

It’s insanely hot in Cape Town at the moment. Unlike most people who love the warmer summer months, I much prefer the cooler seasons (it may have to do with the fact that I am rather pale).

That said, the blue skies, beautiful beaches and glistening sea are hard not to appreciate. Cape Town is such a beautiful city and I’m loving getting to know it better. In the spirit of appreciating summer more I’ve come up with a few awesome summer-inspired things for you to look at.

Beautiful bikini from the Jane Sews summer 2012 collection.

  1. Heat was horrific yesterday. Slightly cooler right now, though – I have my window open and a nice breeze is hitting me full on 🙂

I also prefer the cooler seasons, and don’t even live in Cape town :-).
But it’s rather funny to see all these summer things while we’ re dressed for winter 🙂
