Rebekka Seale is an artist and illustrator based in Nashville who works primarily in the medium of gouache and watercolour. Here are a few words about Rebekka’s work from the artist herself:
“My work is hand-painted, reflecting my love of all things imperfect and homespun.”
One of her ongoing projects is to paint commissioned portraits of peoples’ houses. It’s interesting both in a architectural sense, as well as an aesthetic one. True to form, I like the ones with dogs or cats in them.
This year she is also doing a series of floral desktop calendar wallpapers, which have so far have been really beautiful. You can download them here.
