When ModCloth asked me to be involved in their Uniquely You campaign I jumped at the chance because it was a fun sartorial challenge that tapped into my love for curation and clothing. The basic premise of the campaign is that a select group of bloggers are provided with an image of an article of clothing or accessory from ModCloth’s private label collection. Using Polyvore we had to build an ensemble around it using other pieces currently being sold on ModCloth.
I got the Coach Tour Dress in Noir, that features a fold over, ascot-style collar, statement button details, and side pockets. I chose to go for items that were as wearable as the dress itself, with elegant patterns and detailing to keep things interesting. My favourite item of the outfit is the House to Home Boot because of its bold graphic trim.
